Immodrone is an innovative company specialized in services with drones and artificial intelligence, founded in 2015 at the Polytechnic University of Turin. With the Inspectiondrone project, it also deals with surveys and inspections of large road and energy infrastructures, such as highways, bridges, viaducts, pylons, wind, photovoltaic and hydroelectric plants. Furthermore, it offers specific inspection services for the energy efficiency of buildings, using advanced thermography and photogrammetry technologies.
For its customers, Immodrone provides a cloud platform that allows processing the data collected to create the "digital twin", which allows buildings and infrastructures to be monitored and managed efficiently. The platform provides artificial intelligence modules which, using neural networks, automatically analyze the data collected by drones to detect and classify various types of anomalies such as cracks, fissures, rust, infiltrations and hotspots, thus creating reports with high added value for facilitate and speed up the work of customers.
